Application Process

Academic requirements: You must have a strong track record of academic success. Further details can be found in each role description.

Selection process:

• Step 1: Online registration and application form

Register your details and complete an online application form. This will capture your biographical, educational and work experience details as well as asking you to answer a number of strengths based questions.

• Step 2: Online assessments

This stage of the process will require you to complete a number of tests. The first test is a Situational Judgement test, which assesses your alignment to our values. If successful, you will be asked to complete a Logical Reasoning test. Please refer to the job specifications for any variances in the application process.

• Step 3: Video interview

This will consist of a strength based interview.

• Step 4: Assessment Center or face-to-face interview (dependent on region)

In the UK, the day-long Assessment Center will involve a number of activities designed to predict your success in the program. In other locations, this assessment will take the form of a face-to-face interview.

The application deadline for our graduate program is February 1, 2017. However, we strongly recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as we will progress candidates as they are received.
