XL Capital Ltd To Present At The Annual AIFA Conference In Scottsdale, Arizona

HAMILTON, BERMUDA - March 2, 2006 - XL Capital Ltd (NYSE: XL) announced today that Mr. Brian M. O'Hara, President and Chief Executive Officer of XL Capital Group Ltd, and Mr. Henry C.V. Keeling, Head of Global Business Services for XL Capital Group Ltd, are scheduled to speak at the 31st Annual Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts (AIFA) conference to be held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona, on March 6 and March 7, 2006.
