We’re interested not just in your achievements and current skills but also in your potential.

We use a “strengths and competencies” approach in our application process to help us get a fuller picture of who you are. We see strengths as areas of work that energize you, come naturally to you and lead to exceptional performance. We see competencies as activities that you can perform successfully (whether or not you feel passionate about them).

Throughout the application and interview process, think about the kinds of work you truly love, how you manage tasks you don’t enjoy so much and the areas where you’ve been told you excel. Also help us understand your interpersonal relating style, your approach to problem-solving and how you make decisions.

Simply telling us what you think we want to hear won’t help us match you with a role where you can thrive. Show us your enthusiasm and put your best foot forward, but be yourself.
